Key lecturer Jaya Prakash has published some findings through his independent efforts. The book, titled "Inciting Injury", is a culmination of some investigative initiatives through witness accounts of their abuses suffered at workplaces in Singapore. From the back cover "It has always been talked about. Workplace bullying is perhaps the greatest scourge that can happen to anybody. The goal of Inciting Injury is to remove that scourge. Inciting Injury is a call to 'reclaim' the workplace away from the bully; banish fear and promote reason and debate instead. It is to restore dignity, turn the workplace benign again and free it from strife. It is a call to give voice to the voiceless. It is a call for protection. Above all else, it is about empowering the bullied. This book reveals what ails workplaces across the world; the trauma endured at the hands of tyrannical bosses and where the lack of moral justice and unequal power relationships is and always been a recipe for abuse. It illumines the philosophy of power, why it should be a vehicle for reform and how its use could be a statement about character."
